Soil Stabilisation

Another field that we are experts in is soil stabilisation. We construct retaining walls using timber crib lock system which is more economical than block and brick walls and can also be planted up.

We also construct concrete crib lock walls as well as Gabion walls. For large banks we use biodegradable matting that is impregnated with grass seed allowing the grass seed to germinate without blowing away.

We can also prevent water erosion on river banks with Bio rolls planted up with suitable plants, The biodegradable materials we use are Barley, Straw, Coir, Jute, Wool, and more recently, fire resistant Seagrass fibre.
